About Where This Came From: First, this came from a 1970-1990’s Tonka designer executives home. He passed some time ago, this collection includes MANY product samples, packaging prototypes, etc. I will likely miss some and classify them as just basic stock. Some may have generic price tags as he was going to sell them shortly before his death. So this at worst is a standard product, could be something more. If questions ask, I got around 1,000 items in this collection. Comes as shown.
Figure Condition: I’m not privy to all that goes into the doll prototype process. Thankfully all the heads in one bag were labeled “Star Faries” also marked “MASTER PATTERNS” “Head, skin color and paint”. What that means is all of these heads in some way we’re responsible for making all the dolls that were released to the market. These are the master copy that all others are compared to, they are also generally used in photography. Now in the case of action figures, they would be made of unique materials, but again I’m no doll expert. Some of the heads will have handwriting on them that is normal. This dolla also came in that bag, you will notice the hair is too short, I have no idea……..it was in the bag. Comes as shown.
