Do you have a retail location?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a retail store to browse all our great vintage items. We sell on eBay and through email requests. We do support collection drop-offs, and we can deliver or allow for pickups in some cases. Please inquire if needed.

Can you pick up my collection?

We understand that it is not always best to ship off your collection. If you live in the Iowa area, we are willing to help you out and pick up your collection. However, we cannot arrange for pick-ups of small collections that have a low value, such as $100-150. We can arrange pick-ups at:

Remote Locations for Wheeljack's Lab

What are your shipping policies?

Wheeljack’s Lab ships for free within the continental United States with no minimum order on the vast majority of our items! Some large items shipped within the United States will require shipping fees.  For customers outside the continental United States, additional fees are at the buyer’s expense.

How do you pack items?

With care! All our items are sent boxed, even small indestructible parts will be shipped in a box, this costs us twice as much versus sending in a padded envelope, but we never have claims for damaged parts. Large items, valuable or fragile items are generally packed with packing peanuts as we have found that they provide the best protection for your valuable items.

How do you ship?

Wheeljack’s Lab extensively uses USPS. Three reasons: price, reliability, and claims. If the paperwork gets done right, USPS seems to always come through on a claim. Shipping on average about 12,000 packages a year, we see about 1 claim per 2,000 shipments. On the occasional large item, we may ship UPS or FedEx.

How long does delivery take?

Priority mail is generally 1-3 days. First-class mail is 2-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Wheeljack’s Lab has been shipping internationally for 20 years. We have shipped packages to over 70 countries, and some have been a real surprise! While we happily ship anywhere, keep in mind all customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs and all government fees charged for ordering from Wheeljack’s Lab are your responsibility. For more information, please contact the appropriate government offices in your country before placing an order.

What payments do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, money orders, personal checks, and trades.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a full refund. However, the initial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded unless the return meets our criteria of “not as described.”
