Do you have a retail location?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a retail store to browse all our great vintage items.  We sell on eBay and thru email requests.  We do support collection drop offs and we can deliver or allow for pickups in some cases.  Please inquire if needed.

What are your shipping policies?

Wheeljack’s Lab ships for free within the continental United States with no minimum order! Free shipping on orders of $4.50, $450.00 or $4,500.00, with no additional fees of any kind. Outside this service area additional fees are at the buyer’s expense.

How do you pack items?

All our items are sent boxed, even small indestructible parts will be shipped in a box, this costs us twice as much versus sending in a padded envelop. But we never have claims for damaged parts. Large items, valuable items or fragile items are generally packed with packing peanuts as they seem to fill the shipping containers the best.

How do you ship?

Wheeljack’s Lab exclusively uses USPS. Three reasons: price, reliability and claims. As long as the paperwork gets done right, USPS seems to always come through on a claim. Shipping on average about 12,000 packages a year, we see about 1 claim per 2,000 shipments.

How long does delivery take?

Priority mail is generally 1-3 days.  First class mail is 2-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Wheeljack’s Lab has been shipping internationally for 20 years. Shipping to over 70 countries, some have been a real surprise! While we happily ship anywhere keep in mind all customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs and all government fees charged for ordering from Wheeljack’s Lab are your responsibility. For more information, please contact the appropriate government offices in your country before placing an order.

What payments do you accept?

At this time we accept Paypal, money orders, personal checks and trades.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you choice of a replacement (if available) or full refund. However, the initial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded unless the return meets our criteria of “not as described.”
