No. Wheeljack's Lab does not operate a walk-in retail storefront. We sell exclusively online through our website and eBay store. However, we do accept collection drop-offs by appointment. If you need to arrange a drop-off, please contact us in advance to schedule.

We understand that shipping a collection is not always the best option. If you are located in Iowa or the surrounding area, we may be able to arrange a local pickup. Please note that pickups are generally reserved for larger or higher-value collections and are not available for smaller collections valued below $150.

Wheeljack's Lab is not responsible for mail carrier delays. If a payment issued by Wheeljack's Lab to a seller is lost in transit, a minimum waiting period of fourteen (14) days from the original mailing date must elapse. After 14 days, Wheeljack's Lab will cancel the lost check/payment and reissue a replacement.

Wheeljack's Lab offers Free Standard Shipping with no minimum order requirement on the vast majority of items shipped within the continental United States. Oversized or heavy items may require a nominal shipping fee. International orders or orders outside the continental United States incur additional calculated shipping fees.
