From 2013 to 2017, Hasbro released several Transformers toys with the collector in mind under the Platinum Edition subtitle. Many of the notable figures that appeared under this subline included those that featured Zodiac titles, like Year of the Goat. For Instance, there was a Year of the Snake Optimus Prime that was a redeco of an Energon Super Class Optimus Prime. Others included G1 reissues, like Trypticon.
