Since Hasbro experienced tremendous success with the reimagining of Generation One toys, they continued the trend in 2015 with the Combiner Wars toy line. This time, the line modernized the Scramble City style combiner to bring Aerialbots and Stunticons back to the mix. Various characters who were previously standalone characters were shaped into members of combiner figures during this time. One notable non-scramble city combiner also came out during this time, Devastator.
