Here, they presented #1268, the Talking E.T. Toy, which featured multiple phrases from the movie. This toy randomly spoke out various phrases in E.T.’s voice, like “Elliot”, “E.T., E.T., E.T”, “Be Good”, “Home”, “E.T. phone home”, and “Thank you”. LJN also designed this toy to resemble his appearance as he wandered Elliot’s house in a bathrobe. Complimenting this toy, he came with three accessories: a can, a flower pot, and a Speak ‘n Spell. Beyond his articulated arms, this toy also featured glassine eyes, an extending neck, and a twisting head.
