Manlis (Lips)

Playmates released the Dick Tracy line of action figures in 1990. This series consisted of 14 different action figures and two vehicles. Big Boy, Blank, Brow, Dick Tracy, Flattop, Influence, Itchy, and Lips Manlis are a few of the popular figures in this collection. Big Boy’s Getaway Car and the Police Squad Car are the two different vehicles released.
