Tonka launched the Rock Lords toy line in 1986. Rock Lords was created as a spin-off of the GoBots toy line from Tonka. These figures are transforming rocks that try to blend into their surroundings. Along with the Basic Rocks, there were also Shock Rocks and Jewel Rock Lords. There were even vehicles for the Rock Lords to battle in.
