Box Condition: The box has some wear. It has all the inner and outer flaps. There is a hole cut out in the front of the box. The pictures will show the box’s condition.
Item Condition: Rated 85 with light wear. Some pieces may need cleaning. It is not broken. Our grading scale is 1 – 100, with mint flawless items a 100, near mint items a 95, excellent items a 90, and so on. Comes as shown.
Sticker Condition: Has some wear.
Accessory Condition: Missing roof for building.
Joint Condition: Tight.
