Figure Condition: Rated 75 with some wear and fading. It is mainly chrome wear. There is putty under the headpiece which I presume is to help hold it up. It needs cleaning. There is rust on the wheel pins and screws. It is not broken. Our grading scale is 1 – 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on.
