Dragonfly Assault Copter A 100% Complete 1983 G.I. Joe Cobra Action Figure

Condition: I will do my best to list any flaws. Looking it has light wear, except the copter blades are not seated all the way in, not sure what it would take to reseat it (about 1/4″ too high). It also needs cleaning It appears to be complete (except the driver). Any questions please ask.
