Condition: The item is new in factory-sealed package. The package has some wear with dents and yellowing of bubble. Glue has dried out and bubble has separated from the card along bottom edge. Character has dusting of white powder from plasticine vaporization. If you choose to open the package the powder will come off with light heat or warm soapy water. Comes as shown.
