TIRE Chrome- Some wear.
Tires- Intact, no breakage. The rear tires easily come off, one of the rear tires is not the same as the other tires.
Working Condition- Does not work. Since Stompers are notorious for hibernating after they sit awhile on a shelf or in storage, you may be able to revive the engine.
