Item Condition: It is rated an 83 with light wear and needs light cleaning. The plastic shield on his helmet is broken. I believe he is complete. The orange accessory that is normally attached to the belt is at the bottom of the bubble in the picture but is included. Please verify with pictures.
Card: The card has some wear and does not lay flat. It has been opened.
Bubble: The bubble is loose from the right side of the card. There is a piece of paper taped to the bottom of the bubble with information. Comes as shown.
