Condition: We got this from a former Mattel employee. This is a super rare figure; according to him, maybe a handful exist. It was used as a toyfair display. In my research, I can’t find a previous sale, but I can see someone asking for 25K. You will notice this is the Red Tornado figure with no swashbuckler-style boots that never made it to market. Also, with no yellow gloves and lacking most yellow accents on the boots. It was originally to be released, but the line was canceled. Factory sealed with some separation upper left (as shown in a closeup).
