Paint- Has heavy wear. It appears as thought the surfboards had been glued down, as there is some glue residue, and when removed some of the black paint came off with it.
Windshield(s)- Blue, no cracks, however, there is some glue residue around the lower edges of the rear passenger window.

Base Plate- Medium.
MFG Stamp- Hong Kong
Redlines & Chrome- Redlines & Chrome have some wear.
Tires- Have heavy wear.
Axles- Bent, rolls well, but veers slightly right.
