As Bungie cemented Xbox as a popular gaming system with their Halo series, Joyride Studios began creating action figures for the series in 2003. While Joyride studios made the toys for the first and second game, the license went to McFarlane for the third game. Now, several other companies have also created toys for the series, including Mega Blocks, Mattel, and Square Enix.
