Back in 1966, Ideal Toy Corp. developed the Captain Action toy line by releasing an action figure who could swap out costumes to become famous Super Heroes. Later, in 1967, they added his younger sidekick, Action Boy, who could also wear superhero outfits. Some of the costumes Captain Action could wear included Superman, Batman, Aquaman, Spiderman, Flash Gordon, and more. Unfortunately, the original run for Captain Action ended in 1967.
