Batman first appeared in Detective Comics #27 in 1939. Over the decades, he has remained a mainstay of DC comics. In fact, alongside Superman and Wonder Woman, Batman is considered as a member of the Trinity: those who are considered the most important heroes from DC comics. Though Batman doesn’t have super powers, he fights crime with his assortment of gadgets and vehicles.
