The 1988 Tyco Toy Fair Catalog celebrated the continuation of the hit motorized 4×4 toys, the Stomper vehicles. Schaper Toys originally introduced the Stompers to the market in 1980. However, when Tyco acquired Schaper, they took over the Stompers toy line. Thus, these iconic motorized 4×4 vehicles became a prominent addition to the 1988 catalog.
