Paint- The paint is not slick smooth, but a light tacky feeling. It may need a light cleaning. No paint chips visible. Lime green with red interior. Windshield(s)- Both windows are intact. Clear with the front windshield showing the windshield wiper blades. Hood- N/A Engine- N/A Base Plate- Unpainted with two Patent Numbers. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- Shiny Tires- Black Axles- Not bent Other- Both side doors open. BOX- All flaps are intact. The box shows little wear. Enlarge pictures for better detail and/or use the "zoom" function.
