Paint- No visible paint chips. Windshield(s)- All windows are intact. All are tinted green. Hood- N/A Engine- N/A Base Plate- Unpainted and a red plastic plate under the cab section. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A Tires- Black. Axles- Not bent. Other- Includes 6 scaffolding sections, plus a standing platform. Comes with the original rubber band.
