Paint- New; mint condition. No scratches. Windshield(s)- Tiny stress marks seen from the inside of the windscreen. Back window is slightly scratched. Hood- N/A Engine- N/A. Base Plate- Not painted nor shiny. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A. Tires- No hubcaps. Axles- Not bent. Other- Plastic driver and dog. BOX- Both outer flaps are torn off, but included.
