Paint- Several visible paint chips. The decal on the hood is torn. Needs a light cleaning. Windshield(s)- The front window is broken on the left side. The back window is scuffed. Hood- N/A Engine- Is visible through the clear window in back. Base Plate- Painted black. MFG Stamp- England. TIRE Chrome- N/A Hubcaps are painted yellow. Tires- Black Axles- Not bent. Other- White with red interior BOX- One large flap is detached, but included. A small flap is detached, but not included. The rest of the box shows some wear with some creases. ?
