• Condition notes, any damage, missing pieces, or repairs

You don't need to clean, sort, or organize anything first. Send it as-is; we're used to working from garages, attics, and storage units.

Step 2: Get a Free, No-Obligation Appraisal

Our team reviews your photos or list and researches current market value for each item, factoring in condition, rarity, completeness, and demand. We'll send you a single offer for your full collection (or itemized, if you prefer).

There's no cost and no obligation at this stage. Take your time, ask questions, and compare it elsewhere if you want, we're confident it'll hold up.

Step 3: Accept, Get Paid Upfront, Ship for Free

If you accept our offer:

1. We pay you before you ship anything, not after we receive and inspect your items.
2. We email you a prepaid shipping label.
3. You pack your items and drop off the box (we'll tell you exactly how to pack fragile or boxed items safely).
4. That's it. No waiting on a check to clear, no consignment percentage taken out later.

How long does the appraisal process take?

Most appraisals are completed within 1–2 business days of receiving your photos or list. Larger or more complex collections may take a bit longer.

Do I need to clean or organize my items before sending photos?

No. Send them exactly as they are. In fact, we'd rather see original condition, including any dust, storage wear, or original packaging exactly as found.

What if I don't know what I have or what it's worth?

That's completely fine, that's what we're here for. Just send photos and basic details, and our team will identify and value everything for you.

Do you buy incomplete sets or damaged items?

Yes. Incomplete sets, loose figures, missing accessories, and items with wear or damage can still have value. We'll always let you know what affects the offer and why.

How do you determine your offer price?

We research recent sales, current market demand, condition, rarity, and completeness for each item, then build a fair offer based on real market data, not guesswork.

Am I obligated to accept the offer?

Never. Our appraisals are completely free and come with no obligation. You're welcome to decline, negotiate, or take time to think it over.

How and when do I get paid?

We pay you upfront, before you ship anything, typically via PayPal, check, or direct depos. You'll never be waiting on payment after the fact.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Once you accept an offer, we email a prepaid shipping label so there's no cost to you.

What if some of my items turn out to be reproductions or bootlegs?

We're experienced with spotting reproductions, bootlegs, and unauthorized variants. If we find any once we receive your collection, we'll contact you before finalizing anything.

Is there a minimum collection size you'll evaluate?

No minimum, we appraise everything from single items to entire estate collections.
