About Scooby-Doo

Joe Ruby and Ken Spears wrote the original series. This first cartoon was called “Scooby-Doo. Where Are You!” Since then, many spin-offs have come out.
The main characters in Scooby-Doo are Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, and Norville Rogers. However, everyone refers to Norville Rogers as “Shaggy” throughout the series and spin-offs. The show takes its name from Shaggy’s Great Dane Scooby-Doo. Together, the teenagers drive around in Fred’s van “the Mystery Machine” and solve mysteries. The Scooby-Doo franchise belongs to Warner Bros. Animation.
