Cindersaur MOSC NEW Sealed 1988 Vintage Hasbro G1 Transformers Action Figure

Condition: Factory sealed on card. There has been some sort of chemical reaction inside the bubble I think it has something to do with the chemicals in the sparker, but I am not sure. By the tail it would look almost resealed but it isn't.Card: Flat. Has light creases. The hanger hook is not torn.Bubble: Clear with a ding by the tail.
