Circle X Ranch w Mailer Box Johnny West Marx Vintage Cardboard Playset 1966

Condition: The external box is great, the playset seems to be complete, possibly even more pieces like the cauldron and roof pieces. It is not perfect some tears, some tape, some rips etc. The barn doors are amazingly still intact. I am not an expert on this item. Comes as shown.
