Sgt. Savage Commando W/VHS MOSC Sealed 1994 GI Joe Hasbro Action Figure

Condition: Firmly factory sealed. Bubble containing parachute was resealed with tape on the top. Has price tag residue on the bubble which can be cleaned off. No cracks, dings, or yellowing to the bubble, bubble does have some scratching. Slight crease on upper right hand side of card. Comes as shown.
