Killer Whale Hovercraft #2 100% Complete W/Joe 1984 G.I. Joe Vehicle Vintage

Condition: Rated 80 with some wear, but it needs cleaning. A window is broken, but we included a new one. One missile pod arm is broken. There are issues with the verticle fans. Our grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Comes as shown. Sticker Condition: Some show some wear. Accessories: Rated 90.
