HISS II 2 D 100% Complete 1989 Vintage GI Joe Cobra Action Figure Vehicle

Condition: Rated an 80 with some wear, but does have a tab that is broken above the back door which affects nothing. It is not broken. My grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Comes as shown. Sticker Condition: Some missing. Accessories: I believe it is 100% complete (except the pilot) and rated a 90, but verify by looking at the pictures. Joint Condition: Tight.
