Killer Whale Hovercraft #3 1984 GI Joe ARAH Cobra Vehicle

Condition: I will do my best to list any flaws. It has some wear and needs cleaning. Mechanism work properly. Known issues there could be more: windshield gone, fan blades missing, door on front top is broken, white tab/button is missing, missing one cannon and missing one cannon tip, missing glass on the little boat, missing a wheel, no driver, but both missile pod holders are intact.
