Phantom X-19 Stealth Fighter Complete 1988 GI Joe Hasbro Vehicle Vintage

Condition: Rated an 80 with some wear and needs cleaning. The front landing gear binds. One track piece that brings the cockpit forward is broken off but included. My grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Comes as shown. Sticker Condition: Some have some wear. Accessories: I believe it is complete.
