Killer Whale Hovercraft #5 100% Complete 1984 GI Joe ARAH Cobra Vehicle

Condition: I will do my best to list any flaws. It has some wear and needs cleaning. Mechanism work properly. Known issues there could be more: no driver, 2 verticle fan pieces are missing the top tips, missing one horizontal fan pieces, both fan blades have broken shafs (which will need to be removed from the housing).
