APC Amphibious Personnel Carrier C Vintage GI Joe ARAH 1983 Vehicle

Condition: Rated an 80 with some wear, but needs cleaning. My grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Comes as shown. Sticker Condition: Some have some wear.Accessories: I believe it is 100% complete except the belts, also of note the steering wheel is broken. Joint Condition: n/a.
