Base Plate- Medium; black marks on base. MFG Stamp- USA. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines on 3 wheels has light wear; 1 wheel has some wear. Chrome has light wear. Tires- 3 wheels have light wear; one has heavy wear and a crack. Axles- Pulls right. Button- Has light wear; red mark on one of the letters. Clip intact.
