Hood/Body - Fits securely; tabs intact. Lightbulb - Intact; working. Base Plate- Legible; high/low toggle switch. Tabs intact. Battery cover intact. MFG Stamp- China. TIRE Chrome- Has some wear, mainly on inner portion of wheels. Tire Treads- Blue rubber; have light wear and need cleaning. No cracks in treads.
