Red Cab Over Semi 4x4 Rough Riders Schaper Stomper 1980s Vtg Non Working

Paint- Body has light wear. Stickers have some wear with curling on edges. 4x4 decals are firmly attached with no lift. Chrome pipes and passenger side portion have heavy wear. Exhaust pipes are bent. Hood/Body - Clips to sides of base. Fits securely. Base Plate-Lightbar on base plate has melt marks. Evidence of rust on top of motor casing and screws underneath base. MFG Stamp- Macao. Tire Chrome- Has light wear on 3 tires; some wear on 1. Tires- Rubber; have heavy wear with cracks on 2 tires and melting marks on all 4 tires.
