Mad Dog Body w Havoc Head Working Mouth Mech PROTOTYPE Rambo Force of Freedom

Condition: We got this from a former Toy Designer who worked for multiple companies. The item has light wear. The mouth mechanism works! But why is there one? I haven't seen one with a working mouth, unpainted face, and appears to be painted plastic over resin or plastic. Mohawk is the wrong color. The head is Mad Dog and the body is Havoc.
