Condition: About Where This Came From: First, this came from a 1970's-1990’s Tonka designer executive's collection. He passed some time ago. This collection includes MANY product samples, packaging prototypes, etc. So this, at worst, is a standard product, but still a factory sample, could be something more. I found this in the last box of his stuff. I just missed it. Absolutely new condition and mint.
