Lift-Ticket V1 G.I. Joe 1986 Hasbro Vintage Action Figure

Condition: Rated 85 with light wear. It's not broken. Both arms have elbow cracks. 1st photo shows a red mark on left shin; that was cleaned off (tried to show in 3rd picture; only faint trace).
