Chrome engine is medium brightness. Tires and front tire chrome has light wear. Tire chrome on back tires has heavy wear. Comes as shown. Rider Condition: Comes with rider, "Tops" with blue outfit and black hat. Rider is rated 80 with some wear and fading. Rider's loops on hand and feet are all intact with no cracks. Rider has peach spot on back of left thigh. Figure needs cleaning.
