The Penguin 100% Complete W/Card & Bubble DC Comics 1973 Mego 8" Vintage

Card: The card has heavy wear. There are things written on the front in permanent marker. The back of the card at the bottom has some tape where someone tried to tape the bubble back on. The bubble has several dents and cracks. The pictures will show the condition of the card and bubble. Comes as shown.
