Talking Adventure Team Commanders (Two) GI Joe 1970 Hasbro 12" Action Figure

Condition: Both figures have some wear. Neither pull-string works. One figure has a large melted area on his chest. That figure also has some black ink blobs on his body. The hair on that body is fairly intact, with a small bald area on his beard. There are no cracks shown. The second body does not have a right foot. There are no cracks. His face and hair need cleaning. Comes as shown.
