Paint- Has light wear. Stripe and "3" have light wear. Windshield(s)- N/a.Hood- N/a.Engine- Dull.Base Plate- Medium to Dull.MFG Stamp- England.Tires- Have light wear. One tire is missing and another slides off.Axles- Straight.Car is missing a screw on the bottom so top and bottom separate. Would still be a great car to display with its vintage box.
