Sandman BK Happy Meal Toy Prototype Hardcopy Marvel Comics 3.5" Mini Figure

Condition: We got this from a former Spin Master employee. There is a date written in pen/marker from 2006 on the bottom of his left foot, and the word "Revised LL" on the bottom of the right foot. Appears to be a hard copy of some kind. The arms aren't broken but are loose inside the joints. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
