Hawk V2 G.I. Joe 1986 Hasbro Vintage Action Figure

Condition: Rated 83 with some wear. It's not broken. No elbow cracks. Soiling on face was cleaned after photo was taken. Figure has areas with dried wax that need to be cleaned off. The screw in back of torso has rust. Our grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Comes as shown.
