One of the top lights is bent forward, but is still intact.Lightbulb - Yes and lights up with battery.Base Plate- Legible. MFG Stamp- Macao.TIRE Chrome- Light wear.Tires- Intact, no breakage.Working Condition- The light works; the motor does not work.
