Sam the Gardener Vintage 1940s/50s Wind Up Tin Litho Toy Marx

Condition: The item has some wear and rusting, needs cleaning. The wheels are tilted and loose. The metal bars that connect to the hands are broken and would need to be reattached. The mechanism works! It is approximately 8.5 inches tall. Comes as shown.
