Paint- Some wear.Windshield(s)- Black. No cracks.Hood/Body - Removable and needs cleaning. Battery cover in place; small crack in the plastic where it hooks onto the body, but it still works. Lightbulb - Yes; was only able to get light to flicker when tested.Base Plate- Legible. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong.TIRE Chrome- Some wear.Tires- Intact, foam-type material.Working Condition- When tested, we were able to get the light to flicker and heard some motor sounds, however, we could not get it to run.Enlarge pictures for better detail and/or use the "zoom" function.
